I had a lovely stay at this hotel with a few ups and downs. The rooms were a decent size with plenty of storage, although the shower room could use an update - our shower door was literally hanging off, but they did come and fix it, which was great. The view from the huge balcony was gorgeous, overlooking the gardens and the sea. The service was friendly overall, but there were some moments of feeling ignored, especially when waiting to be served. The location was heavenly with beautiful bays and gardens, offering a water taxi into the nearby town. The dining experience had its highlights with attentive service but could use a bit more variety. The facilities were satisfactory overall, providing necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
